The entire point of not submitting this evaluation to the court in Kentucky was to catch all the people who fabricated the state assessment. The agent literally pretended to be crazy for 600 days while being exposed to constant state torture and attempted murder as well as being physically beaten by people fabricating police reports.. thats terrifying. Imagine what disabled kids of Kentucky must go through every day just to get something to eat…
